Pixel Perfect

Pixel Perfect License Agreement

Effective October 22, 2026.

This license is an agreement between you (the person or organization that installs or uses the app) and Anthony Juarez, owner of Pixel Perfect (“the licensor”). By installing, copying or using Pixel Perfect you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t install or use the app.

1. What it covers

It covers the Pixel Perfect desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux, its updates (including those delivered inside the app), its documentation and the online services the app uses, such as the account and the comparisons saved to the cloud (“the software”).

2. What you can do

The licensor grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the software on as many devices as you want, for personal or commercial purposes, including your work for clients. What you produce with the software (captures, reports, tickets) is yours.

3. What you can’t do

Except where applicable law expressly allows it despite this license, you may not:

4. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. The licensor keeps all rights to the software, its code, its design and the Pixel Perfect name. This license gives you no rights other than those written here.

5. Third-party components

The software includes open-source components governed by their own licenses. Those licenses prevail over this one as far as those components are concerned.

6. Data and privacy

How the software handles your data is explained in the privacy policy: https://usepixelperfect.com/privacidad#en

7. Updates and changes

The licensor may release updates, change features or stop offering the software or its online services, and has no obligation to provide support or updates. If this license changes, the new version is published at https://usepixelperfect.com/en/licencia and applies once you keep using the software after that change.

8. No warranty

The software is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The licensor does not warrant that the software is error-free, that it will work without interruption or that its results are accurate: review the differences it finds before making decisions based on them.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the licensor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the software is free, the licensor’s total liability for any claim will not exceed fifty US dollars (USD 50). Nothing in this license limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Termination

This license applies until it is terminated. It ends automatically, without notice, if you breach any of its terms; you can also end it by uninstalling the software. When it ends, you must stop using the software and delete all copies. Sections 3, 4, 8, 9, 11 and 12 survive termination.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute is submitted to the judges and courts of Lima, Peru, unless a consumer protection rule that applies to you provides otherwise.

12. Other terms

If a court finds any part of this license invalid, the rest remains in effect. The licensor’s failure to enforce a term at any time is not a waiver of it. This license is the entire agreement between you and the licensor regarding the software. If you downloaded it from a store (for example, Microsoft Store), that store’s terms also apply; where they conflict with this license regarding the store, the store’s terms prevail.
